General Responsibilities:
Responsible for working as an active member of the bank's sales/service commercial lending department; providing commercial customers with direct service relating to the bank's commercial services portfolio; developing customer relationships so as to take advantage of additional selling and cross-selling opportunities; communicating with sales and lending management personnel with respect to sales objectives, sales performance, and other factors affecting the sales/service function; providing required information on sales and service activities, generating and maintaining a profitable quality commercial loan portfolio. Responsible for marketing, sales, quality, co-ordination, policy conformance, training, reporting documentation for banking products and services. Promoting the bank's CRA requirements and policy; adheres to FDICIA and compliance procedures as they apply to the bank's lending activities.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the efficient and accurate paying and receiving function and sales and service function of the branch according to Bank policies and procedures.  The position also oversees security and compliance within the unit; insuring department compliance with all operating policies and procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.  This position performs the duties of both a Teller and a Customer Service Representative.
