General Responsibilities

Responsible for directly supervising the branch staff by directing and providing leadership; performing a variety of duties to meet the business banking needs of business prospects and customers; developing a presence in the local community; developing a small business banking in the market area and support and refer larger deals to the Commercial Lending Officer; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the branch as part of the Community Banking Division's annual operating plan; insuring the branch's compliance with security, operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; ensuring timely and accurate audits are performed according to Bank policies and procedures; organizing the work, activities and human resources of the branch; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; performing customer service duties; providing periodic reports.

Assistant Branch Manager II

Commercial Banking Relationship Manager II or III

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for working as an active member of the bank's sales/service commercial lending department; providing commercial customers with direct service relating to the bank's commercial services portfolio; developing customer relationships so as to take advantage of additional selling and cross-selling opportunities; communicating with sales and lending management personnel with respect to sales objectives, sales performance, and other factors affecting the sales/service function; providing required information on sales and service activities, generating and maintaining a profitable quality commercial loan portfolio. Responsible for marketing, sales, quality, co-ordination, policy conformance, training, reporting documentation for banking products and services. Promoting the bank's CRA requirements and policy; adheres to FDICIA and compliance procedures as they apply to the bank's lending activities.

IT Support Services Specialist II
Wyomissing, PA
Full-time position

In this role you will be part of the Information Technology Team providing technical support to all affiliate businesses of Tompkins Financial Corporation. This position requires working one Saturday per month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

 Duties:

  • Provides level 2 support to all end users and the IT staff and serves as liaison between level 1 and level 3 for critical incidents
  • Assist with hardware and software implementations and configurations on supported platforms
  • Provides system or application configuration, integration, or recovery services in response to end user service interruptions
  • Works with third-party vendors to resolve issues with vendor hardware software and during a system installation or upgrade
  • Maintains knowledge of operating systems, configurations of both software and hardware, system monitoring, and system problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Provides training for end users and IT staff

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent; or specialized training/ or experience
  • Familiarity with related banking software application functionality
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a related role
  • Previous experience with computer hardware and software, including familiarity with computer networks
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
